Sunday 29th March 2010 Lenham Wanderers U11’s V Chatham Town U11’s
In what was always expected to be a very tight game away at Lenham Wanderers, Chatham Town U11’s continued their unbeaten run in the league by winning a very stop-start game 1-0. The game never really got a chance to take off as an over excited Chatham frontline were continually caught offside by a well organised Lenham defence. Chatham Town finally managed to break the deadlock when Jack Page netted the only goal of the game.
Well done to all the Chatham players for another great performance.

Chatham Town U11’s V Rochester BVFC U11’s
Chatham Town U11’s continued their excellent run of form with a 5-2 home win over Rochester BVFC, at Gatland Lane.
After an unusually slow start, the hosts found themselves trailing 1-0, after a well worked effort, by Rochester, beat the Chatham defence.
Undaunted by the early goal, Chatham soon got back into the match and began to dominate, with some good flowing passing coming from all players. The constant pressure finally paid dividends when Jack Page found the back of the net and equalised the score-line. He then put Chatham into a 2-1 lead just before half time with a superb volley from the edge of the box. Chatham extended their lead early in the second half when Jack Page scored his and Chatham’s third goal of the game.
Steven Mills added a fourth goal, and the Chatham scoring was finally finished when substitute centre forward Tom Parsons netted from close range. A penalty awarded to Rochester made the final score-line 5-2 to Chatham Town.
Both sides produced good attacking football, and made the match very enjoyable to watch.

Sunday 14th March Chatham Town U11's v Staplehurst Monarchs
A double headed fixture, which soon turned into a long morning for Staplehurst, as Chatham Town controlled both games with confident free flowing football.
GAME ONE: The first started with an unlucky own goal from the visitors, that was shortly followed by seven sweetly struck efforts, Sam Smith (2), Jack Page (3) & Brandon Smith (2), that saw the home side take a commanding lead. Battling to the end, Staplehurst were finally rewarded with a conciliation goal in the closing minutes from a neatly struck free kick that beat the valiant efforts of Alex Dewey in the Chatham goal. 8-1
Man of the Match: Sam Smith
GAME TWO: Undaunted by the first game, Staplehurst came out fighting in the second with real determination and it took a great performance by the Chatham back line to keep them at bay, before the forwards took control once again with five great efforts, Steven Mills (3), Kyle McDowall & Louis Neal. The tie was finally finished off with another unlucky own goal that saw the home side run out 6-0 winners.
Man of the Match: Louis Neale
Consolation Cup 2nd Round Sunday 7th February 2010 HARTLEY DE SALES U11 0 - 4 CHATHAM TOWN U11
Chatham Town U11’s continued their sold run of form with a convincing win over Hartley de Sales in the 2nd round of the Consolation Cup.
In what was a one-sided first half, Chatham Town U11’s dominated their hosts and pressurized the opponent’s goal on several occasions.
Chatham Town’s pressure finally told when they scored two quick goals before the halftime break, the first by Sam Smith and the second by Jack Page, who latched onto a loose ball just outside the 18 yard box and coolly slotted a sweetly struck shot passed the stranded Hartley goal keeper.
The Hosts tried too get back into the tie in the 2nd half, but with long efforts at goal, Chatham were rarely threatened.
Chatham Town extended their lead too 3-0 when Steven Mills scored a great solo goal, he followed that up with his second of the day late on in the game. A superbly saved penalty kick by the Chatham keeper Alex Dewey finally dented all hopes of Hartley getting on the score sheet.
A great display of controlled football and a well earned victory.
